Insufficient onboarding can put the lives of participants and staff at risk, in fact in can put your entire business at risk!
Staff are either your biggest asset - or your biggest liability! Just because someone interviewed really well and they said they have 'years of experience' it does not guarantee quality service delivery. At the end of the day, it is an organisational responsibility (that's you) to ensure safe and quality service delivery, knowing (and proving) that your staff have the capability, training and skills to work with your Participants.
