Providing informed, caring, empathetic care to our Participants is vital!

Working with Participants with Invisible Disabilities, Neurological Disabilities, and Mental Ill Health can be incredibly challenging when we don’t take the time to get to know them—what makes them tick and how best to support them. Lack of training in these areas causes frustration for Participants, increases risk, and often results in unnecessary incidents.

That’s why building awareness, fostering empathy, and equipping support workers with the right tools and knowledge is essential. When we take the time to understand the individual behind the diagnosis, we create safer, more respectful environments where Participants can truly thrive.
